*Processing time refers to the estimated duration for a withdrawal to be received by the client. To ensure timely processing, all withdrawal requests submitted on the same day before 10 AM AEST/11 AM AEDT (00:00 GMT) will be promptly processed.

**Please note that the withdrawal amount mentioned includes any charges imposed by intermediary banks, which may affect the final amount received.

***If clients deposit via available funding methods and then request a withdrawal without significant trading activity, we may apply applicable merchant fees during the withdrawal process. We’ll notify clients if suspicious activity is identified. Repeated abuse may result in immediate account closure.
